Yes, I still had a beard (a goatee, actually) during most of this process. I hated it and refused to look at it in the mirror while cross-dressing, but was afraid if I shaved it off, people would suspect there was something going on. Yeah, I know, not the most rational thought… but what part of any of this whole experience is rational? My wife also liked the beard, so I kept it for her sake.
