We all go through different stags of discovering our sense of style. Early on theres often the over the top/"slutty"(?) stage. Im sure you heard the old joke: How do you spot the CD at the shopping mall?? Shes the one wearing a ball gown,,. I honestly cant say that I ever took after my Mom. She was a fine person, but not much for her fashion sense. She often wore fairly plain unfitted dresses. And dont get me started about her tastes in lingerie,. Just plain and white briefs and non underwired bras,. However I will admit, I LOVED the full slips that she had :) I was and still am a true, 70s Gurl; Think, Laurie Partridge or Jan Brady(age test). Though I do like to keep my skirt lengths well below the knees ;) I loved the colorful sweater vests and plaid skirts worn by many of the girls that I oogled after as a Teenager :)
