…r the same sensitivity. Surgeons cannot provide the bulbs, wings and body of the internal clitoris. The natal clitoral glans has over 8,000 nerve endings; the penial glans only 4,000 or so. Surgeons slice this down to a quarter of its size to replicate a clitoral glans — about 1,000 nerve endings left. Maybe orgasmic. Maybe not. Estimates have it at a 60% chance of climactic sensitivity after surgery.

This is a major concern of mine in considering SRS. I have no problem w/ keeping as much as I can of my original glans, to help maintain maximum sensitivity. Even it means having a pussy that might not have a perfect "centerfold" appearance.
