Thank you for writing this piece. I dont entirely agree w/ a couple of the points you make, but its pretty spot on. As a Trans woman who works in Tech, one of the tasks Im frequently called upon to do is compare the specifications of various older pahts' (New England Gurl here ;) ) that are often no longer available, or are unavailable due to supply chain issues, and try to find new ones that are compatible w/ how they are going to be used in a product. This requires hours of scanning over various manufacturer data sheets and distributor catalogs, and comparing all the RELEVANT details,,. We need more data driven arguments like this to help illustrate the (lack of) differences between Trans and Cis women. BTW, for us older gals who didnt get to experience female puberty in our Teens, I can tell you those first few years on HRT(aka: Second Puberty, Pink Fog) can sometimes be a wild ride for both us as well as those around us too ;)
