Im kind of an old fart here, so bare w/ me a few. Im not quite sure if I understand the full context of this story. Who is Asher? This other guy, Michael, made you a mix tape,? OMG In my day, and (still)in my book, that was a serious expression of affection and a connection w/ someone. Forget about physical intimacy. Offhand, what do kids/YAs do these days to share their feelings for someone special? Along the way, CDs have become anccient. Whats left? SD cards, USB sticks? I suppose you could include JPGs and text w/ prose on them, but it just doesnt seem to be the same thing as a piece of physical "media" like a cassette that you could decorate w/ art or sappy titles. OK, enough of old school me ranting into the void, :)
