I wish that Republicans would stop beating up on LGBTQ folx. I know that we are a convenient football to bash around by the "family values" crowd. But the GOP should also realize that there are many of us who have become increasingly disappointed w/ the Democrats over the past 20 years or so., and readily embrace many of the positions of the GOP.
