I too took note of this important gesture w/ more than a little bit of pride. Ive got no doubt that simply as a Trans person, my life under a Biden administration will be better. TBH I didnt have that much of a problem w/ much of what Trump said or did. Its unfortunate that he decided early on to throw us under the bus, just to make points w/ the Fundies. I believe that so long him and his friends can make money,Trump doesnt give a rats @ss where I pee. Over the next four years, are we going to see more focus on political correctness rather than, as Claire McKaskill notes, "meat and potatos" issues? Or four more years of Obama(BTW, I voted for him twice and would go another round if he were on the ballot)? It could be without a Democratic Senate. Not to metion, endless hearings about Biden and his Sons dealing w/ China and Ukraine. It could be, but its still early and for now at least, Im hopeful :)
