I think one of the basic problems w/ Islam is that it has never undergone any sort of reformations. Where Christianity has, where in centuries ago, we saw Catholics and Protestants tearing each other part,,. Hence many of them are still living in the 11th century, and you have Sunis and Shias, when theyre not conducting some kind of jihad against Jews or Christians, are going at it w/ each other,.
