I think its great there are different options and techniques available fir having SR/Bottom Surgery. I want Full Depth, in part as a Bisexual woman, at least sometimes I want to be fully intimate with a guy in the same exact way that any Cis woman can be,. Its great there is greater acceptance of those who still have some or all of their old "parts". There was a time when you never heard of anyone coming out as Trans until and unless they had had, "the surgery",. BTW Its also (still) true there are many Cis and Trans Lesbians who want nothing to do with someone who has, male issued parts,. regardless of how they look or function(not) after years of HRT,. :(

Besides maximum depth, I also want maximum sensitivity. Is that too much for a Gurl to ask for? One concern that I have, which I think merits wider discussion is how the Clitoris is formed during surgery; In most instances it seems to be done by taking the upper portion of the glans, and folding it together,. That might make something thats fairly realistic looking, great. However Im not as sensitive in that area as much as I am on the bottom side, along the Frenelum center line. At least one Doc that I spoke seems to be open to using most or all of my glans, even though in his words, it would give me a larger, "button",.
