I started HRT under whats called, informed consent, which didnt require approval by a therapist. It was a huge leap of faith, but I figured that Id simply stick my toes in the water and see if I liked it or not. It turned out that I LOVED it I had some ayngst about loosing my male sexuality, but then I realized that I was merely trading it for a female sexuality, which fit me perfectly :)
