I started HRT 4 years ago under, Informed Consent. Initially I thought that Id just, "dip my toes in the water" so to speak , and if I didnt like the effects, Id stop,. Well, as it turned out, I LOVED what it did for me :) If you havent already tried it, may I also suggest adding some, Progesterone too. It doesnt work for everyone; Some Gurls swear by it(me), and other swear at it,,.
