Good luck w/ your consultation. I had and orchi 3 years ago after I had been on HRT for about a year and a half. partly as I didnt want to be on Spiro long term and as a kind of "warm up" for having the BIG surgery. I got a referal to a Urologist and told him that I was Trans and wanted a simple Bilateral Orchiecomy(theres a couple of great vids about this on YT), which requires just a single incision and I kept all of my sack in order for it to be used as "building material" later on,. While I had some angst about having Anesthesia, the stuff they use now is really great. The procedure itself was pretty easy, I showed up at a small local hospital at 7AM and was back home shortly after noontime, minus my stones :) I was pretty sore for a couple afterwards but I was fully healed within a few months. Besides not having to take a T Blocker anymore, I just loved how much more feminine that it made me look and feel :)
