While I still techically speaking have a penis, after 4 years of HRT and an Orchienctomy, there are 3 important things you should know: It dosent LOOK very much like a penis, size wise,. It doesnt WORK very much like a regular penis in terms of getting hard or shotting goo. And most importantly, Ive got ZERO desire to USE it like a regular penis,.
